Specialists of “SRC ARRI” JSC have become awardees of the “Innovational leader of atomic industry” competition which was part of the “Forsazh-2013” innovation forum. Irina Butalyuk, a research scientist of Radionuclide Sources and Preparations Dpt., with her work “Methods of separation 152 Sm out of 153 Gd waste products”, has become the winner for the second time successively. And the encouragement prize has been given to Artem Varivtsev, a senior research specialist of reactor research complex, for his work called “High-efficiency neutron security for fast reactors”. It is not the first time when young specialists have taken part in such an event and have won prizes. I. Butalyuk believes that it is really important to achieve success in the job you do and like: “Competitions heighten your interest in scientific researches, and any victory is a huge impulse for further development. Personally for me a victory in a competition is a milestone event. Most importantly, it confirms that everything I do is necessary for the science”.
