At President’s order, in accordance with an approved schedule, the representatives of his apparatus and heads of Russian state institutions – executive bodies - jointly receive the citizens.
Sergey Romanov, General Director of FSBMI CH No. 172 at FMBA of Russia, received all of the people who came at the reception.
For instance, one of the attendants, a woman who had worked in a medical institution for 30 years, as a surgical dresser as well, said that after retirement, by force of certain life circumstances, she faced a difficult financial situation. Moreover, she and her grandson both need to be operated on. S. Romanov suggested several ways out of this situation, one of which was used right after this reception.
Another attendant was a future doctor who is now having her clinical studies. She addressed President’s Reception to know whether she can be sure she will be employed at CH No. 172 at FMBA of Russia after her studies are over and whether she will have the possibility to get another medical degree. Answering her questions, Sergey Romanov pinpointed that the hospital needs both young and experienced specialists, and that the hospital is covering all the expenses.
S. Romanov discussed the results of the reception with V. Kozin, Head of the Russian President’s Reception Office in the Ulyanovsk region, who personally controls the settlement of all the questions which were asked during the reception.
