The forum was organized by SRC ARRI and DITI SRNU MEPhI.
The program of the forum was pretty varied.
The forum was officially opened by: Alexander Smekalin - First Deputy Head of Government of the Ulyanovsk region, Minister of Strategic Planning and Innovations; Sergey Pavlov – Head of SRC ARRI; Vladimir Kalygin – Deputy Director of Research and Innovations at SRC ARRI, Doctor of Engineering, Professor of Nuclear Reactors and Materials Faculty; Tatyana Bogatova – Deputy Director of HR and Social Development at SRC ARRI; and Ivan Sagan – Head of DITI SRNU MEPhI.
The second day of the forum started with sport events. Students of DITI SRNU MEPhI competed with young scientists and experts of SRC ARRI on such sports as arm wrestling, strength sports, volley-ball, ping-pong, track-and-field.
One of the most important events of the forum were round tables. Overall, four discussions have been held, with established experts as reporters on the given topics.
1. “Future starts today – MFRR”, Svyatoslav Novikov as a reporter, Alexander Zvir (Director of MFRR directorate at SRC ARRI) as an expert.
2. “Future starts today – MRC”, reporter – Sergey Poglyad, Head of Development Bureau of Radiochemical Dpt. at SRC ARRI, winner of the 1st Youth Innovation Project Competition “Innovation leader in nuclear industry”; expert – Vladimir Kalygin, Deputy Director of Research and Innovations at SRC ARRI, Doctor of Engineering, Professor of Nuclear Reactors and Materials Faculty
3. “Nuclear innovation cluster – for and against”, reporter and moderator – Albert Gataullin, Head of ANO “Center of development for nuclear innovation cluster of Dimitrovgrad, the Ulyanovsk region”
4. “Trade unions and the young”, reporter - Tatyana Bogatova, Deputy Director of HR and Social Development at SRC ARRI, moderator – Andrey Sviyazov, Deputy Head of Young Scientists and Specialists Board at SRC ARRI.
On the last day of the forum its participants presented a mockup of the dream city, defended their projects (the tasks had been given earlier), as well as started a symbolic Friendship train which went around the whole dream city mockup.
The final sitting was attended by: Evgeny Klochkov – Assistant Deputy Research and Technologies Director at SRC ARRI, Doctor of Engineering, Professor; Tatyana Bogatova - Deputy Director of HR and Social Development at SRC ARRI; and Alexander Kuzin – Deputy HR Director at SRC ARRI, - who expressed their assurance that the forum would extend its boundaries, and among its participants there would be students, scientists, and young specialists from Obninsk, Volgodonsk and other cities.
