October, 16th thru 18th, 2013, Dimitrovgrad welcomes the regional practical consulting session “Ways to develop small innovational business”. The session is organized by the Ministry of Strategic Development and Innovations of the Ulyanovsk region, non-commercial partnership “National Community of Business-angels of Russia”, Russian Venture Company JSC, autonomous non-commercial organization “Center for Development of Nuclear Innovational Cluster of Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region”.
The session’s task is to increase the competency and to develop practical skills of the members of the regional innovational system acting in early development stages of innovational companies (seed and initial stages).
