SC Rosatom issued reports on its development activities in 2013 for pharmaceutical, medical clusters, and radioactive technologies in Saint-Petersburg and Leningradskaya region, as well as for nuclear innovational cluster of Dimitrovgrad.
Concerning Dimitrovgrad NIC, SC Rosatom ensured dynamic development for cluster members and realized cluster infrastructure development projects. Sponsored by Ulyanovsk authorities and SC Rosatom, the Regional purpose program for development of innovational territorial cluster “Nuclear Innovational Cluster of Dimitrovgrad, the Ulyanovsk region” for 2013-2020 was issued. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation invested 34 mln. rubles (approx. 1 mln USD – translator) for the program realization purposes. During 2013, SC Rosatom took part in preparing the realization of the most important cluster projects, including: establishment of research-and-production complex for pharmaceuticals and medicines in Dimitrovgrad, construction of multifunctional radiochemical research complex, and realization of urban development projects. Besides, in 2013 principal agreements were reached with RVK venture company and Skolkovo Fund on possibilities to attract investments into new innovational cluster projects.
