Nearly 100 people took part in the forum. Among them цуку representatives of non-governmental organizations, businessmen, members of Dimitrovgrad and Ulyanovsk administrations. ANO “CRK” acted as a co-organizer of the forum. The main tasks were to identify and unite advanced city leaders, capable to take responsibility for development of Dimitrovgrad with account for the demands of the XXI century, to unite authorities, common people and businessmen, to create public communicational site, to launch grand processes of city transformation and development.
Lev E. Gordov, highly qualified фтв internationally recognized expert, played a significant role in the event.
Participants of the School of Living Cities mentioned the urgent character and good organizational level of the event.
