INpO «Development Center of Nuclear Innovation Cluster in Dimitrovgrad Ulyanovsk Region» (INpO CDC) together with FranceClusters (France, Lyon) provides a forum-seminar regional innovation clusters nuclear, aviation, biotechnology and medical orientation. The Forum is intended to be a discussion forum for member organizations of nuclear innovation cluster in Dimitrovgrad, representatives of regional clusters from different regions of Russia and abroad. The Forum seminar will help to reveal the potential of regional cluster policy, will help to find joint solutions in implementing innovative business processes and displays the intercluster interaction to a new level.
The implementation of the Russian-French educational project takes place in two stages. The first stage has passed from 8 to 11 December in Dimitrovgrad. The work was attended by experts from France Clusters - Jean-Francois Boisson. It is a recognized international expert on cluster development. Also, the participants were representatives of the nuclear innovation cluster, the Government of the Ulyanovsk region and the Administration of the town of Dimitrovgrad, representatives of Penza, Samara, Ulyanovsk center of cluster development, representatives of the Russian Cluster Observatory and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia. In addition to the training, in the first stage last visit participating organizations of the cluster and the information center, where the audience was told about key projects Dimitrovgrad cluster.
