February, 5th, as part of Ulyanovsk Science Festival-2014, the Ulyanovsk Information Center of Nuclear Industry and the NIC information center, Dimitrovgrad, are to hold a video-conference between the cities of Russia and Germany, the topic being “Application and development of modern techniques for radionuclide diagnostics and cancer treatment”.

- Mikhail Plotkin – Doctor of Medicine, Head of Institute of nuclear medicine Vivantes clinic,
- Sergey Novikov – Doctor of Medicine, leading researcher at Radiation Oncology and Radiological Methods Dpt. of FSBI “Research Institute of Oncology n.a. N.N. Petrov” at the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia;
- Robert Krempin – professor, Doctor of Medicine, medical director of X-ray Therapy Dpt. at HELIOS clinic, Buch, Berlin;
- Klemens Scheidhauer – professor, Doctor of Medicine, medical director of Rechts der Isar nuclear medicine clinic at Munich Technical university;
