Main aims of this scientific association are to improve the quality of education and training of scientific and technological personnel, to increase the competitiveness of regional university graduates on the job market, as well as to make contribution to the development of the fundamental science. Representatives of regional universities and leading enterprises and scientific establishments are expected to join the association.
