The two-day workshop “Change Management” has ended
Center for the Development of Nuclear Innovation Cluster traditionally holds educational events for employees of companies included in the nuclear innovation cluster. The partner of CDC was the international institute of management LINK (MIM LINK), the largest business school in Russia, providing business education at an international level. The seminar was conducted by Tikhonov Vyacheslav Vasilievich, Leading Tutor of MIM "LINK".
Participants praised the level of preparation of the event, the content of training materials and the excellent work of the tutor. The topic of change management is always relevant. Of course, the training helped to understand how to ease the time of changes in the company, what are the reasons for resistance to changes and what are the ways to overcome resistance.
The seminar was attended by 15 employees from 9 companies included in the cluster.
