The aim of the project is to develop a network model of education and training, including educational institutions, institutions of further education and vocational training institutions.
The profession-oriented lyceum with modern learning environment is expected to be the basic school of the center. School No. 4 is to have a High school, Educational and Counseling Center for all the pupils of Western district, as well as the Nuclear medicine academy for children.
Exchange of methodological achievements and unification of material, technical and learning facilities of several institutions will strengthen the position of both each of them and of the whole complex.
The aims of the project are as follows:
- completion of major repairs of Municipal Budgetary Pre-school Educational Institution No. 15
- reconstruction of former kindergartens No. 3 and No. 7 on Goncharova str.
- major repairs of Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution Secondary General School No. 4
- major repairs of the profession-oriented lyceum.
